This piece was created as #4 out of 9 of a polyptych called “Motherly Duties.”

This piece was made to show the expectation women had to always have a smile on their faces, to be the wife, the mother, the problem-solver, and the therapist all in one.

This work was completed on a 9in by 9in by 2in wooden panel in 2024.
