Overtime Worker

This piece was created as #8 out of 9 of a polyptych called “Motherly Duties.”

This piece was made to show the amount of work women actually had to do as a mother or a wife. Since being a stay-at-home mom wasn’t really considered a job, women were working 10+ hour days, cleaning cooking, and being a mother, etc.

This work was completed on a 9in by 9in by 2in wooden panel in 2024.
